Police in
Nyamira have arrested a 36-year-old man for killing his younger brother when he
found him having sex with his mother, in Bokisero location Nyamira north.

Nyamira
county commissioner Amos Mariba confirmed that Evans Mamboleo, the elder son,
had gone to his mother’s house around 8:30pm and found his younger brother
Wilfred Nyachuba having sex with his biological mother who is a widow.

This is when
he armed himself with a piece of timber and hit his brother on the back of his head.

Wilfred was
inflicted with deep cuts on the head and succumbed instantly.

The county commissioner
warned residents against taking the law into their hands, and instead report
such incidents to Authorities.

“We
have launched investigation to find out what happened. Let our people not take
the law into their hands. We ask that they report such cases and we will take
appropriate action,” said Mariba.

Area chief
Philip Masenge condemned the act, calling upon upon young people to avoid such
acts for they lead to curse and even death.

The body was
moved to Nyamira county referral hospital.

This is the
second incident happening in Kisii region where sons and mothers engage in sex
acts
