Knight Frank Kenya is the official real estate partner of Nondescript Rugby Football Club. The mutual collaboration comes following an announcement made during the inaugural Ruff N Tuff 7s Invitational Series press briefing held on July 9, 2025, at The Red Lion, which is the historic grounds of Nondescripts Club.

The partnership is expected to enhance Nondescripts RFC’s community and sporting initiatives during its 103rd anniversary year, while marking Knight Frank Kenya’s 27th year in the real estate industry.

Speaking at the briefing, the CEO of Knight Frank Kenya Mark Dunford highlighted the commonalities between the two organisations that make them an appropriate match.

“At Knight Frank Kenya, we believe in building strong foundations in real estate and in the community. Partnering with Nondescripts Rugby Football Club, Kenya’s first rugby club founded in 1923, is a natural fit, as both our brands embody tradition and stand for resilience, teamwork, and excellence,” he stated.

Dunford also lauded the partnership for the role it will play in supporting the sporting community in Kenya.

“This partnership goes beyond brand alignment; it reflects our shared commitment to promoting rugby, sport, fitness, and well-being. Together, we aim to elevate and celebrate the enduring spirit of Kenyan sport,” he added.

The Ruff N Tuff 7s Invitational Series was held on July 12 under the sponsorship of Crown Paints and SportPesa.

A rich history for a perfect match

As the official real estate partner, Knight Frank Kenya will support Nondescripts RFC’s programming throughout the 7s season.

Knight Frank Kenya’s involvement aligns with Nondescripts RFC’s long-standing role in developing rugby talent in the country and promoting sportsmanship in Kenya.

The strategic partnership brings together two pioneering Kenyan brands. Nondescripts RFC was established in 1923, while Knight Frank Kenya has been in the real estate consultancy business since 1997, offering services in property advisory, valuation, leasing, and development.

Nondescript Rugby Football Club is the oldest rugby club in Kenya and the wider East and Central African region, renowned for producing elite rugby talent.
