Elon Mask set for dollar trillionaire title as SpaceX plans listing on US stock market

Elon Musk, the world’s richest person, could become the next dollar trillionaire before the end of 2026.,

According to Forbes, the American billionaire’s net worth currently stands at $804 billion (KSh 104.2 trillion).

SpaceX, Musk’s technology company dealing in rockets, satellite internet service (Starlink), and xAI, revealed plans to list on the US stock markets under an Initial Public Offering (IPO)

According to the BBC, the IPO could start in June 2026 with a ticker symbol SPCX, allowing the public to trade shares in the firm.

Musk’s shares at SpaceX

While SpaceX’s market capitalisation stands at $1.25 trillion (KSh 162 trillion), Musk’s (the firm’s majority shareholder) shares could be valued at more than $600 billion (KSh 77.8 trillion).

Should the listing take place, Musk’s net worth could hit $1 trillion.
