Kibra Member of Parliament Ken Okoth is in the country after being
abroad for medical reasons.

The MP attended the annual Kibra Music Festival with Nairobi
Senator Johnson Sakaja on Sunday July 7,2019.

Taking to twitter, Sakaja posted, “Joined my brother Ken
Okoth and the people of Kibra for an exciting music festival earlier today.
Welcome back home bro and thanks for the amazing job you and your team have
been doing.”

Okoth is battling colorectal cancer and has been away for more
than five months undergoing treatment in Europe.

He has shared his struggle with cancer on social media asking
Kenyans to pray for him alongside photos showing the effect chemotherapy has
had on him, such as weight loss and changes on his looks.

Last week, he visited Kenya’s ambassador to France Judy Wakhungu
where he opened up about his education projects and plans for increasing them
to reach many students.
