Kibra by-elections voting exercise started early Thursday
morning with a low voter turnout at various polling centers.

There have been earlier complains of voter influence by Jubilee
candidates from ODM supporters, with Suna East MP Junet Mohammed writing on his
twitter handle that Jubilee supporters have bribed voters at Weston Hotel.

The following have been given Ksh 50,000 each at Weston Hotel. We already know you and we already planned reciprocal contingency measure. I urge Kibra voters to stay vigilant. Don’t disturb the peace of Kibra people as they vote. #ProtectingTheVote pic.twitter.com/flG6nfK5RB
