Mombasa, Kenya – PrideInn Hotels, Resorts, and Camps has changed its look to align with its revised strategic direction.

The Kenyan-grown hospitality company said that rebranding includes product offerings and overall brand perception changes.

PrideInn Hotels jobs for Kenyans

PrideInn Hotels Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Hasnain Noorani the focus of the rebranding is Sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

“Our priority as we usher in this new chapter at PrideInn is team, customers and the community. We want to create sustainable customer service by growing our team, become the leading employer in Kenya and East Africa, as well us provide sustainable service to the community,” said Noorani.

The company boasts over 1,000 staff as of 2023, having grown over the years from 15 employees in 2011 when it started operations.

Noorani said one of the key focuses of the new strategy will be to increase the staff to offer luxury services that meet customer preferences.

He said through the PrideInn Foundation, currently under implementation, the company intends to offer sustainable services to the community like the construction of boreholes in arid and semi-arid areas and education to farmers.

“We recently launched borehole projects in Isiolo County, as part of the PrideInn Foundation initiatives, which now serves more than 10,000 households. We will take such projects to other countries that struggle with water scarcity,” he said.

The CEO revealed that the rebranding of PrideInn sets the stage for further expansion of the hospitality group, targeting more than 10 counties in the country.

Between 2020 and 2023, the company added three new units and refurbished some of its existing properties to meet international luxury standards.

Its new additions include PrideInn Azure, which opened doors in 2020, and PrideInn Mara Camp and PrideInn Plaza Hotel, both opened in 2022.

The company also refurbished PrideInn Diani and PrideInn Westlands Luxury Boutique Hotel in 2022 and 2023, respectively.

Other branches include Flamingo and PrideInn Paradise in Shanzu, PrideInn Nyali and PrideInn Mombasa.

The company also plans to diversify its product offerings to explore emerging tourism segments such as sports, wedding, and food tourism, based on successful tests done within their units and market studies indicating growth potential.
