House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi has told off
US President Donald Trump following his remarks on Representative Debbie
Dingell and her late husband John Dingell.
According to CNN, President Trump on Wednesday rally at
Battle Creek, Michigan, implied the former congressman, whose seat is now held
by his wife, was “looking up” from hell, remarks that the Democratic
Rep. Debbie Dingell said will not intimidate her and that she doesn’t want an
apology from the President.
The speaker said President Trump does not understand cruelty
is no wit and that he needs prayer.
“Cruelty is not wit. Just because he gets a laugh for
saying cruel things … doesn’t mean he’s funny. It’s not funny at all. It’s
very sad,” said Pelosi.

Pelosi hopes that there would be a fair senate process in
the final impeachment process of the president.
Trump was impeached on Wednesday, following House of
Representative vote that passed the first charge, accusing Trump of abusing the
power of his office, on a 197/230 vote, which was followed by a second article
of impeachment over obstruction of Congress, on a 198/229 vote.
