Liverpool FC have confirmed that Manager Jurgen Klopp will
stay, owing to an agreed 2-year contract term.
In a twit seen by News 9 Kenya, the Reds wrote “We are
delighted to announce Jurgen Klopp has agreed a contract extension.”
Klopp penned a new contract with the Reds, which will see
him guide the club until 2024.
Reports have it that this is the first longest commitment
the German has made in his football management career.
“We decided to continue what’s worked so far, not too bad…
we have agreed a new contract until 2014,” said Klopp.
He added that together with his technical bench, including
his assistant managers who also pnd the sam deal, love their stay at Anfield .
Klopp joined Liverpool in 2015, after spending seven (7)
years at Mainz and Borussia Dortmund.
The German has 2 champions league finals, one win and taking
Liverpool to the runners up position in the premier league last season.
