Budapest, Hungary – Arsenal face Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the Champions League 2026 final on Saturday, May 30.

This followed the Premier League title glory Mikel Arteta’s men won in the 2025/26 race, after finishing the season with 85 points – 7 clear points ahead of second-placed Manchester City.
Arsenal won their first Premier League title in 22 years since 2004.
The Gunners meet with the League 1 champions, PSG, who won the French title weeks ago.
Champions League final predictions
PSG are the UCL title holders, having won their first-ever European Cup in the 2024/25 season after beating Inter Milan 5-0.
Luis Enrique’s men are bidding to retain the title in the Saturday clash against Arsenal.
However, according to Arsene Wenger, Arsenal’s former boss, the final is a fifty-fifty match, but Arsenal are likely to clinch it.
Wenger said he wants the title at the Emirates because it is missing there.
“We touched it before; we were thirteen minutes away from winning it, so you want it to happen this time. I have always said that you work in a club to make sure it is in a good position to continue to progress.
“Overall, I believe this is a stage where we can grab it. I still believe it’s fifty-fifty in the final, and if I had to bet, I would bet on Arsenal more than on Paris Saint-Germain,” said Wenger as quoted by Metro.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta also believes the club could clinch the title following the Premier League title victory.
Speaking at the League Managers Association’s annual awards, where he was crowned the Premier League Manager of the Year, Arteta said that, with the players’ energy and confidence, Arsenal will rewrite history.
“You could sense the energy, you can sense the positivity and the confidence in the players and everybody around the club. We have an amazing opportunity to write a new history in our football club, and we are convinced that we’re going to do it,” said Arteta.
According to Sky Sports, top tipster Lewis Jones backs Arsenal to win the Champions League against PSG.
However, predictions from the supercomputer Opta show that PSG will win the Champions League with 55.78% aagainst Arsenal’s 44.22% chances of winning.
